A double-vision composition — the self observed from both sides of the veil.

About this work
The Turned Sides of Reflection is the closing piece in the founding Physi-Tual catalogue. The composition is doubled — a single subject observed simultaneously from two sides, one of which would not normally be visible.
The piece is the catalogue's most direct visual statement of the Physi-Tual premise: the spiritual is not elsewhere but the side of the physical that is currently turned away. Both sides exist at once. The work is what happens when the veil is thin enough that both can be drawn together.
Pen and ink on paper. Available as canvas prints, framed prints, and tapestries.
