The Complete Package adds structural and copy editing, hardcover format, an author page on this site, and launch support. How long does publishing take?
Timelines vary by package: Essentials runs 6-10 weeks from manuscript delivery to retailer listing, the Complete Package runs 4-6 months from signed contract to launch, and the Art + Book Bundle runs 5-8 months to a combined book and art catalogue launch.
Who owns the rights to my book?
You do, on every package. AMC Publishers operates on a service-publisher model — authors retain full copyright and royalties. Royalty splits and payment schedules are set out in the contract before any work begins.
What do I need to provide before we start?
A complete manuscript. Contracts are signed once the manuscript is finished. For Essentials, it should already be edited — that package covers proofreading, not developmental editing. For the Complete Package and Art + Book Bundle, we handle the structural and copy editing, but we still need a finished draft to start from.
