If there is something wrong with the product or service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to request a refund and return the item.

Every product you order is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with care before it ships. We want you to love what you receive.
Occasionally, a product may be unavailable, or an inventory or quality issue may prevent us from fulfilling an order. If that happens, we will cancel the order and notify you. For orders paid online (not Cash on Delivery), a refund will be issued once our team confirms the request. Refunds typically take a couple of business days to process, and you will be notified when your money has been returned.
For returns you initiate, we will review the returned product once it arrives. If it meets the guidelines above, we will issue a refund of your purchase.
AMC Publishers is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, even if the original order shipped free of charge.
Please note that AMC Publishers is not liable for damage caused to items during transit or transportation. We package every item carefully, but once a parcel leaves our facility the carrier assumes responsibility for its safe delivery.
